3+ hr C&P
Has anyone ever been told they would have a 3+ hour C&P apointment? All the previous ones have been for specific claims they seem to be going over several in this one Apointment?

If you have filed a claim for conditions that are secondary to another condition, that could account for the length of time. A Psychiatric/Psychological C&P can also take 3 plus hours.

If your husband has known cognitive issues they may be taking that into consideration..my last PTSD C&P took 2 hours...a lot of questions were asked. Hope his goes well.

My initial TBI was allocated 1.5 hours total, and that is about how long it took to complete. The time is more for scheduling and billing purposes than how long the actual C&P may or may not be.

I had several C&Ps at one time, but since there were folks that were late, mine got bumped up. I had PC exam, general exam and Chest x ray all at the same appointment, took maybe 2 hours total.

JessieCall the VA your husband is scheduled for the C&P's and ask for the C&P office. That person can tell you what it is scheduled for and with who.
